Keith gained a firm foundation for developing and building fine
homes as a member of the Thorndike
Development team, an awarding winning Boston-based builder.
Having played an integral role in the startup and build out of a
150 unit planned community at The Pinehills
in Plymouth, Massachusetts, he relocated back to his native Long
Island. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s
in business administration, and a previous career as an environmental
engineer, Keith is well equipped to tackle your most challenging
development projects. Backed by a supporting cast, including family
members and business partners with extensive construction experience,
